心绞痛患者脂蛋白a水平与冠状动脉病变的相关性研究

Correlation between lipoprotein(a) and coronary artery diseases in patient with angina pectoris

目的探讨脂蛋白a(Lpa)水平对冠状动脉病变严重程度的预测价值。方法行冠状动脉造影患者,其中心绞痛72例,男性35例,女性37例;对照组68例,男性33例,女性35例。测定甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、脂蛋白a(Lpa)水平。结果心绞痛患者TC、TG、HDL和LDL与对照组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),Lpa水平较对照组明显升高(P<0.05),Lpa水平与冠状动脉狭窄程度呈正相关。结论Lpa与冠状动脉病变的程度及范围相关。

Objective To evaluate the correlation of Lpa to the extent,severlty of the coronary artery diseases. Methods In 140 patients undering coronary angiography, there were 72 patients with angina pectoris （male 35,female 37）, there were 68 cases with normal colatrols （male 33,female 35）.The serum content of TG, TC,LDL,HDL and Lpa in both groups were measured. Results There was no difference in the serum level of TG,TC,LDL and HDL between angina pectoris group and controls （P〉0.05）, the serum level of Lpa in angina pectoris group was significantly higher than that in controls （P〈0.05）,there was a positive association between Lpa and the extent and severity of angina pectoris. Conclusion Elevated Lpa correlated well with the extent, severity of the coronary artery diseases.
