摘要
分析了滚柱式超越离合器在接合过程中能量消耗的实质,建立了接合能耗的数学模型,导出接合能耗和接合扭转刚度的计算式,并在此基础上给出阻尼比容和损失因子的计算式。分析了接合能耗与接合扭转刚度、损失因子、超越离合器三构件的法向刚度、楔角、外力、滚动摩擦系数等因素的关系,同时给出降低接合能耗的措施。对某脉动无级变速器的超越离合器进行了接合能耗试验,试验结果与计算结果相吻合。
A mathematical model for the engaging consumption of the roller overrunning clutch was built by analysis of the physical picture of energy consumption of the clutch during its engaging. Expressions for the engaging energy consumption and the engaging torsional stiffness were derived, and ones for the damping ratio and the energy loss factor were also given. The relationships between the clutch engaging energy consumption and the engaging torsional stiffness, the energy loss factor, the normal stiffness of the 3 components of the overrunning clutch,i, e. ,the roller,the outer wheel and the planetary wheel,the wedge angle, the external force, and the rolling friction factor were analyzed in detail,and the measures to reduce the engaging energy consumption were proposed. A test on the engaging energy consumption of a pulse CVT was done, and the result of the test was in good agreement with that of calculation.
