解聚素和金属蛋白酶19在人妊娠绒毛和胎盘组织中的表达

摘要 目的通过对解聚素和金属蛋白酶19(ADAM19)在人早孕绒毛和胎盘组织中表达的研究,探讨其在妊娠过程中的作用。方法应用免疫组织化学(免疫组化)链霉抗生物素-过氧化物酶法,对23例绒毛及41例胎盘组织中的ADAM19进行检测。结果ADAM19的表达主要集中在滋养细胞的细胞膜、细胞质中和细胞滋养层柱细胞中;早孕绒毛中,ADAM19表达主要集中于细胞滋养细胞膜,在晚孕期胎盘,ADAM19主要表达于合体滋养细胞膜。早孕期绒毛中AD- AM19表达量明显高于中孕期和晚孕期(P<0.01),中孕期和晚孕期比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论ADAM19可能与滋养细胞侵袭功能有关的重要的分子,可能对滋养细胞的浸润和妊娠的维持起重要作用。 Objective To study the expression of ADAM19 in the villus and placenta, and it's role during pregnancy. Methods 23 samples are from the villi and 41 specimens are from placenta. The expression of ADAM19 in villi and placenta were studied with immunohistochemistry. Results The expression of ADAM19 are mainly in the cell membrane, plasma and column of cytotrophoblast; The expression of ADAM19 is mainly located on cytotrophoblast during first trimester of pregnancy, and on syncytiotrophoblast in second and third trimester. The expression of ADAM19 in first trimester was significantly higher than that in second and third trimester of pregnancy (P 〈0. 01) ; there was no significant difference between second and third trimester for the expression of ADAM19 (P 〉0. 05). Conclusion The ADAM19 may be involved in the invasion of trophoblast, and may play an important role in maintaining gestation during second and third trimester of pregnancy.
