关于引入PRO理念评价中医药治疗轻度痴呆疗效的思考

Evaluation of therapeutic effect of mild dementia with introduction of patient reported outcome method

针对中医药治疗轻度痴呆,目前缺乏合理有效的疗效评价标准,临床多采用多个量表联合评分的方法对其进行评价,但不够全面。引入患者报告的临床结局(PRO)信息获取系统作为新的疗效指标来判定痴呆疗效,可以从患者及家属(亲密看护者)角度提供对治疗效果的信息,从而较为全面的评价中医药疗效。

In the current time, there is no reasonable and effective criteria for evaluating the treatment of mild dementia with Chinese medicine. Usually, the combined evaluation with multiple scales is used to evaluate the clinical effect, but it is not comprehensive. Introduction of Patient Reported Outcomes （PRO） information-acquired system as a new index of clinical evaluation for dementia can obtain the information about the curative effect from patients or their family members （close accompanied persons） and evaluate the therapeutic effect of Chinese medicine more comprehensively.
