糖肾清Ⅰ号对糖尿病大鼠肾小球硬化干预的初步研究 被引量:1

摘要 [目的]观察复方中药糖肾清Ⅰ号对糖尿病大鼠肾小球硬化超微结构的影响。[方法]雄性Wistar大鼠分为正常对照组、糖尿病对照组、糖肾清Ⅰ号组,治疗16周,电镜观察各组肾脏超微结构的改变。[结果]糖尿病对照组肾小球基底膜显著增厚,系膜和系膜细胞显著增生,糖肾清Ⅰ号治疗组上述改变显著减轻。[结论]糖肾清Ⅰ号能够减轻或延缓糖尿病大鼠肾脏超微结构的改变,提示糖肾清Ⅰ号能够对糖尿病肾脏产生一定的保护作用。 [Objective] To observe the effects of traditional Chinese drug Tangshenqing-1 on renal ultrastructure in diabetic rats with glomendar sclerosis. [Methods] Male Wistar rats were randomly divided into 2 groups: normal control group and diabetic group. Diabetes was induced by intra-abdominal injection of alloxan. Four weeks later, diabetic rats were further divided into 2 sub-groups: group of diabetic rats treated with Tangshenqing-1 and diabetic untreated control group. Renal ultrastructure of each group was observed before and after Tangshenqing-1 treatment for 4 weeks, 8 weeks, 12 weeks and 16 weeks respectively. [Results] The ultrastructure examination showed thickening of the glomerular basement membrane (GBM), proliferation of mesenterium and mesangial cells in diabetic control group. Above changes, however, were ameliorated more seriously in Tangshenqing-1-treated group. [Conclusions] Tangshenqing-1can prevent the progress of renal pathological changes in diabetic rats. It is suggested that Tangshenqing-1 may have some protective effects on kidney.
