摘要
棉织物的生物处理利用酶对棉纤维大分子的选择性消化作用,达到诸如去除织物表面绒毛及赋予织物持久的柔软效果,以获得优良的手感和优美的外观。由于生物酶处理的作用独特又对环境无害,因而受到众多研究者的重视。目前,对酶的作用机理问题仍存在分歧,同时对酶处理的质量控制也有较大的盲目性。本文综合了近年来国外在此领域的主要研究成果,并提出了作者自己的见解。
Biofinishing of cotton fabric, an application technique using enzyme to digest cotton fibre can not only eliminate fuzzy but also enhance softness handle and surface properties. Thanks to its unique action and friendly environment, biofinishing of cotton fabric has gained considerable attention. The existent problems are mechanism of enzymatic action and quality control of enzyme treating. In this paper, the author reviews the latest achievements of overseas researches in this field and presents his own opinions.
