松果腺对大鼠脾脏T淋巴细胞增殖率季节性变化的影响

摘要 [目的]探讨松果腺对脾脏免疫功能季节性变化的影响作用。[方法]采用松果腺摘除动物模型,运用噻唑兰(MTT)比色分析法,测定冬春两季Wistar大鼠脾脏T淋巴细胞增殖率变化情况。[结果]1)春分时生理组、假手术组和手术组脾脏T淋巴细胞增殖率均低于冬至时相应的组别,有显著性差异,P<0.01。2)冬至时生理组与假手术组数值比较有显著性差异,P<0.01。春分时,手术组与假手术组比较,有显著性差异,P<0.01。3)无论冬至或春分,假手术组和手术组脾脏T淋巴细胞增殖率低于生理组。其中手术组数值明显低于当季正常对照组,差异非常显著,P<0.01。[结论]1)脾脏T淋巴细胞增殖率存在冬高春低的变化趋势。2)在春季,松果腺摘除对脾脏免疫功能具有明显的下调作用。3)松果腺对脾脏T淋巴细胞增殖率的影响不具有惟一性。 [Objective] To investigate the effects of pineal gland on the seasonal changes ofT lymphocyte translation rate of spleen in rats. [Methods] T lymphocyte proliferation rate of spleen by MTT method in winter and spring in Wistar rats of pinealectomy was determined. [Results] T lymphocyte proliferation rate of normal group, shame operation group and operation group in vernal equinox was significantly lower than that of respective groups in winter solstice (P〈0.01). The value of normal group was significantly higher than that of shame group in winter solstice(P〈0.01). The value of shame group was significantly higher than that of operation group in vernal equinox (P〈0.01). T lymphocyte translation rate of shame operation group and operation group in winter solstice and vernal equinox was lower than that of normal groups. Specially, the value of operation group was significantly lower than that of normal group in winter and spring (P〈0.01). [Conclusions] There is a tendency that T lymphocyte translation rate of spleen is higher in winter and lower in spring. In spring, Pinealectomy can significantly reduce the spleen immunity. The effects of pineal gland on the seasonal changes of T lymphocyte translation rate is not uniqueness.
