摘要
合同管理是现代企业管理的重要内容之一,其有效性对现代企业经营管理活动的成败起着举足轻重的作用。本文通过对现代企业合同管理的必要性和存在问题的分析,提出了适应现代企业运行的合同管理和风险防范的有效措施。
The modem enterprise contract management is an important part of the management, and its effectiveness plays a decisive role on success of modem enterprise management activities. Based on the analysis of necessity and existing problems of modem enterprise contract management, effective measures fitting for modem enterprise contract management and risk defending are presented in the context.
