摘要
利用热分析手段和卤酸气体逸出装置对含卤电线电缆热解时的卤酸气体逸出规律进行了研究。结果表明,含卤电缆在热解过程中卤酸气体的逸出量受温度的影响显著。铜芯、铝芯对电线绝缘层热解有影响。含铜芯或铝芯线料热解时的卤酸气体逸出量比电线净绝缘层的少。随着氧含量的增加,卤酸气体逸出量几乎成线性增加。
The halogen acid production of halogen electrical wire and cable in heat - degradation was studied using the thermal analysis method and the halogen acid transgression installment. The final test data indicated that the heat - degradation temperatures, the heat - degradation duration, the elevation of temperature speed, and so on, all have the varying degree influence to the halogen acid production. The temperature remarkably influenced the halogen acid production in the combustion process of the halogen cable. The copper and aluminum cores could be influential to the electrical wire and cable insulating layer heat -degradation in the test. The halogen acid production during copper core or aluminum core electrical wire material heat - degradation was less compared to electrical wire insulating layer only. With the oxygen content increase in the air around the wire and cable specimens, the halogen acid production showed linear increase.
