浅谈印染行业清洁生产的现状和展望

Current Situation and Development Trend of Non-Pollution Processes in Dyeing and Finishing

几十年来以末端治理为主的环保政策,已无法适应环境质量进一步提高的要求,因此需要提高环保意识,逐步推行清洁生产.我国印染行业应结合技术改造采取防治工业污染,采用新型少污染或无污染工艺,节约染化料、能源,综合利用,实现“三废”资源化,调整产品结构,禁止使用有毒染料、助剂和污染环境的生产工艺.

Since end harness is not suitable for the demands of increasing environmental quality, it is necessary to strengthen the conscious of environmental protection and carry out cleaning manufacture. According to this, new minimum pollution or non pollution processes are introduced to dyeing and finishing field. Meanwhile, saving dyes and chemicals, maxmizing energy reuse, consider using waste materials, adjusting products construction, banned using toxic dyestuffs, auxiliaries and processing are all presented in this paper.
