由浙江丝绸科学研究院与上虞轻纺机械总公司研制的新型长丝包缠机，突破了国外同类设备的共同程式设计，该机在真丝／氨纶包缠丝生产过程中的成丝品质均一性、功能系统调节精细程度与均匀性、产品开发的多样性方面，达到或优于国外同类先进设备的水平。文章介绍了该机的独特结构，并与进口设备进行了工艺对比测试。

The new filament covering machine developed by Zhejiang Academy of Silk Science and Shangyu Textile and Light Industrial Machinery Corporation makes a breakthrough in the design of general-purpose routine both at home and abroad, and reaches or surpasses overseas advanced level of its kind in quality homogeneity of resultant yarn, adjustment precision and regularity of function system and diversified product exploration in the production of silk-polyurethane fasciated yam. The paper presents the unique structure of the machine and makes a comparison between domestic and overseas equipment through technical tests.
