随着我国人口老龄化时代的到来,人口结构的变化将对经济的各个方面产生影响。商业银行目前的一个重要方向就是个人零售业务,人口结构变化对商业银行的零售业务带来了全新的挑战,通过对人口老龄化现状和商业银行业务的的分析,指出了商业银行零售业务中存在的一些问题,并提出了相应的对策建议。

In the wake of aging of population,the influence of demographic structure change on various aspects of economy will come out.As the major business of commercial banks,retail banking will have to confront the new challenges imposed by these changes in population structure.After analyzing the facts of population aging and commercial bank transactions,the paper points out the problems existing in retail banking and puts forward countermeasures.
