On Transforming Model of Coal Enterprises in China and Strategies

煤炭企业是资源依赖型企业,若在煤炭资源枯竭时才开始进行企业转型,代价大风险高。我国煤炭企业应抓住煤业繁荣的良好机遇,及早开始实施渐进式转型。本文剖析了我国煤炭企业转型的特征与范式,并分别从体制转型、流程转型、组织转型和产业转型方面分析了煤炭企业转型策略。

Coal enterprises run on basis of natural resources.It will take big risks and cost to carry out business transformation when the coal resources are exhausted.The coal enterprises should seize the prosperous opportunity of coal industry to advance gradually the business transformation into practice at as early time as possible.After analyzing the model and characteristics of coal enterprises transformation,the paper comes up with some reforming strategies from the aspect of system transformation,processing transformation,organization transformation and the industry transformation respectively.
