摘要 对Q235钢SICO(应变诱导裂纹试验)试样压缩失稳问题进行了经典理论分析,认为该SICO试样失稳属于小柔度塑性失稳和中等柔度失稳范畴,并进行物理模拟和DEFORM有限元数值模拟。结果表明:试样长径比小于等于4:1时为对称变形小柔度塑性失稳;试样长径比大于4:1且小于7:1时为单鼓形不对称变形小柔度塑性失稳;试样长径比大于等于7:1时为压缩弯曲不对称变形中等柔度失稳。 The buckling problem of compressional SICO(Strain Induced Crack Opening) specimen of Q235 steel,is analyzed in this paper.The buckling problem is considered as plastic buckling problem of little flexibility or the buckling one of middle flexibility.Additionally,the SICO tests have been carried out by both physical!test and DEFORM 3D FEM simulation.The results show that the symmetry plastic deformation of little flexibility occurs when the specimen ratio of length and diameter is not larger than 4∶1.The asymmetry plastic deformation with single barrel of little flexibility is taken place when the ratio of length and diameter is larger than 4∶1 while the ratio less than 7∶1.The asymmetry plastic deformation of bending barrel of middle flexibility is carried out when the ratio of length and diameter is larger than 7∶1.
