摘要
介绍了一种确定准双曲面齿轮节锥的新方法,利用坐标变换和矢量计算建立了关于准双曲面齿轮节锥基本参数的三个方程,通过预设小轮螺旋角,可确定准双曲面齿轮的大小轮的两个节锥,最后给出了一个算例并与格里森的设计进行了对比。
A new method for determining pitch cone of hypoid gears is introduced.The three equations for basic design parameters of pitch cones of hypoid gears are established by the coordinate transformation and the vector count.If the spiral angle of the pinion is given,the two pitch cones of the pinion and gear are determined.Finally,an example is given and compared with the conventional Gleason method.
