摘要
目的通过对1例听神经病聋儿进行跟踪观察,来定性地说明语训效果。方法对患者进行动态跟踪,反复多次进行听觉能力及言语能力方面多项指标的评估。结果配戴助听器后经两年康复训练,言语识别率及语言能力发展有所提高。结论该听神经病聋儿的言语训练有确切的效果。
Objective To evaluate the effect of speech training for a child with auditory neuropathy by two-year follow-up. Methods During two years of speech training, hearing and speech ability of this child has been evaluated by stages. Results After two years of speech training, his language and speech recognition has been improved remarkably. Conclusion Speech training really has good effects on this child with auditory neuropathy.
