同型半胱氨酸与核因子κB活性在急性冠状动脉综合征中的变化 被引量:11

Change of homocysteine and nuclear factor κB activity in peripheral blood monocytes in patients with acute coronary syndrome

摘要 目的:探讨核因子κB在急性冠状动脉综合征发病中的作用及明确同型半胱氨酸在动脉粥样硬化的发病过程中的作用。方法:选取急性心肌梗死患者50例、不稳定性心绞痛患者50例、稳定性心绞痛患者50例及50例正常人做为对照组。在入院第1 d用ELISA法分别检测其外周血同型半胱氨酸和单核细胞核因子-κB的活性。结果:急性心肌梗死组和不稳定心绞痛组外周血同型半胱氨酸浓度和单核细胞核因子-κB活性度明显高于稳定性心绞痛组和对照组(P<0.01),其中急性心肌梗死组最高。结论:急性冠状动脉综合征血核因子-κB活性明显升高,同型半胱氨酸可通过激活核因子-κB,促进动脉粥样硬化的形成和发展,在急性冠状动脉综合征发生中可能起着重要作用。 Objective To investigate the role of nuclear factor κB activation in the onset of acute coronary syndrome, and the role of homocysteine during atherogenesis. Methods Fifty patients with acute myocardial infarction, 50 patients with unstable angina pectoris, 50 patients with stable angina pectoris and 50 normal conrrols were enrolled. Homocysteine and NF-κB activation in monocytes in peripheral blood monocyte were determined by ELISA. Results The concentration of homocysteine and the activity of NF-κB in monocytes of peripheral blood in acute myocardial infarction patients and unstable angina pectoris patients were significantly higher than those in stable angina pectoris patients and normal controls (P 〈 0. 01). Conclusion The activation of nuclear κB in peripheral blood is significantly higher in patients with acute coronary syndrome. Homocyteine activates nuclear κB in vascular endothelial and plays a role in atherogenesis. It may play an important role in the onset of acute coronary syndrome.
