The concept, contents and methods of expert testimony in court for forensic medical examiners are introduced, and the value of forensic conelusions and quality requirement for forensic medical examiners are discussed. It is concluded that only the examiners with high quality can take the forensic examination task in the new century and succeed in the expert testimony in court.
