摘要
本文采用声速法测定纤维的取向因子和声速模量,研究了桑蚕膨松丝、记忆生丝和网络丝等真丝新材料的取向态结构及其力学性能。对于采用不同缫制加工工艺制得的各种真丝新材料,其材料中大分子取向程度亦不相同。试验表明:桑蚕膨松丝、记忆生丝等真丝新材料的取向因子、模量、强度均比普通生丝低,而真丝新材料的柔量和伸度却比普通生丝高。同时还发现:真丝新材料的强度和声速模量都随大分子取向度的增加而增大,而柔量和伸度却随取向因子的增加而降低。
This article studies the sonic 0rientation structure and mechanical property of new silk tnaterials such as mulbeny bulked silk, memory raw silk, etc.by measuring their sonic orientation and modulus. The exPeriment show that the macromolecular orientation degree 0f the new material varies with silk reeling pmeesses; that the new material features lower sonic orientation factor, medulus and breaking stw but higher compliance and elongation than oulineq raw silk; and that itS strength and sonic medulus vary directly while its compliance and el0ngati0n veq indirectly as itS orientati0n depe.
