在中国二十世纪的联省自治运动中,福建继湖南、浙江等省之后颁布了省宪法。福建省宪法结构合理,内容全面,体现了相当高的制宪水平,也承载了宪法应有的妥协、中庸精神。省宪法以其本身的成熟推动了我国近代的法制进程,对我国的宪政建设有着重要意义。

During the 20th century of China, in the provincial autonomy movement, Fujian has promulgat- ed the provincial constitution following Hunan and Zhejiang province. Fuji is more reasonable with comprehensive contents, which reflects not only an Provincial Constitution＇s structure the very high level in promulgating constitution, but also the compromise, moderation spirit of Constitution. Provincial Constitution has promoted the process of China＇s modem legal system for its own maturity and has an important significance for the construetion of our country＇s constitution.
