印花色浆用量测定仪的研制──影响单位耗浆量的主要因素及其计算方法

Development of Printing Paste Dosimeter

对印花色浆用量测定仪研制中所涉及的影响单位耗浆量的主要因素以及生产中单位耗浆量的计算方法进行了研究。结果认为，织物、糊料、刮印条件和复色是影响单位耗浆量的主要因素，文中采用对织物基准单位耗浆量进行修正的方法，来计算生产条件下织物的单位耗浆量，并介绍了具体计算公式。经实践验证，该方法较简便，结果基本正确，能满足生产要求。

Some major factors affecting unit paste consumption in the development of the printing paste dosimeter and the calculation of such consumption are studied . And it is found that the major factors include fabric,thickener, doctor printing conditions and multicolour. Unit fabric paste consumption is calculated by the corrected criterion unit fabric paste consumption. Moreover, a concrete calculation formula is given. The method proves to be simple and basically correct, meeting the requirements for production.
