摘要
本文在对液态模锻过程进行分析的基础上,推导了柱形体液态模锻件高向变形量的计算公式,并具体运用在锌合金材料的液态模锻工艺计算中,经与实验结果比较。
In this paper.the process of solidifying, contracting, deforming, and feeding in liquid metal forging is analysed. The formula for calculating the height deformation is deduced. As an example, the deformation for liquid forging of Zn-base alloy is calculated. Compared with the experiments, the piacticability of the formula is proved.
