摘要
用新研制的碱剂拔染印花助剂WT-DA和促进剂WT-DG对涤纶仿真丝深地色碱拔染印花工艺进行系统研究。对染地色工艺、印花糊料的选用、印花后的高温汽蒸工艺、地色染料和着色染料的合理筛选及改善拔染白度、花纹轮廓精细度等问题进行了探讨。结果表明,WT-DA和WT-DG用于涤纶仿丝绸碱拔染印花是可行的,适用的地色染料和着色染料色谱范围宽,大多数地色染料拔染白度在80%以上,织物经向强力损失为13.5%,精细度(尖锐性)达0.993。
Systematic studies are made on polyester silk imitation dark-ground alkali discharge printing with newly-developed alkali discharge printing auxiliary WT-DA and accelerant WT-DG, with thorough investigations on ground-dyeing technology, thickener selection, high temperature steaming technique after printing, rational selection of ground dyeing or tinting dyestuffs, improvement of discharge whiteness and outline sharpness. The results show that WT-DA and WT-DA are well applicable to the alkali discharge printing of polyester silk imitations, with a broad chromatic spectrum of ground dyeing or tinting dyes, thus achieving over 80% discharge whiteness for most ground dyeing colours and 0.993 sharpness,with 13.5% loss of warp-wise strength of fabric.
