摘要
目的建立以高效液相色谱法同时测定氨酚咖那敏片中对乙酰氨基酚和咖啡因含量的方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,用Hypersil BDS C18色谱柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),以甲醇-水-冰醋酸(30:70:1)为流动相,流速为1.0mL·min^-1,检测波长为270nm。结果对乙酰氨基酚、咖啡因线性范围分别为120.15~280.36μg·mL^-1(r=0.9998)、7.93~18.50μg·mL^-1(r=0.9997)。平均加样回收率分别为99.84%(RSD=0.22%)、99.49%(RSD=0.70%)。结论该方法快速、方便,分离度好,其他成分无干扰,适用于同时测定氨酚咖那敏片中对乙酰氨基酚和咖啡因的含量。
OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method for the determination of paracetamol and caffeine in Paracetamol,Caffeine and Chlorphenamine Tablets. METHODS The HPLC was conducted on a Hypersil BDS C18 column(150mm × 4. 6mm,5μm)with methanol--water--acetic acid (30 = 70 : 1) as mobile phase,the flow-rate was 1.0mL · min^-1 ,the detection wavelength was 270nm. RESULTS The linear ranges of paracetamol and caffeine were 120.15 - 280.36μg · mL^-1 ( r = 0. 9998)and 7. 93-18.50μg · mL^-1 ( r =0. 9997) ,respectively,and the average recoveries were 99.84%( RSD =0. 22%) and 99.49% (RSD = 0. 70%). CONCLUSION The method was simple, sensitive, accurate and suitable for the determination of paracetamol and caffeine in Paracetamol,Caffeine and Chlorphenamine Tablets.
