HPLC法测定活络镇痛片中欧前胡素的含量

Determination of ammidin in Huoluozhentong Tablets by HPLC

目的建立高效液相色谱法测定活络镇痛片中欧前胡素的含量。方法高效液相色谱法条件:以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂;以甲醇-水(55∶45)为流动相,流速1mL.min,检测波长300nm。结果欧前胡素在进样量为0.0063μg^0.315μg范围内,其峰面积与进样量呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9999。测定本品中欧前胡素的含量,加样回收率为100.21%,RSD=0.63%。结论本方法灵敏、简便、快捷,适合于活络镇痛片的质量控制。

OBJECTIVE To establish a method to determine ammldin in Huoluozhentong Tablets by HPLC. METHODS Ammidin in tablets were separated by HPLC on Cosmosil C18 column with methanol--water （55 ： 45）as mobile phase and detection wavelength was 300nm. RESULTS There was a good linear relationship within range of 0. 0063 - 0. 315vg, （ r = 0. 9999）and the average recovery was 100.21%, RSD =0. 63%. CONCLUSION The method was accurate, rapid and simple for quantitative analysis of ammidin in Huoluozhentong Tablets.
