农村公共产品供给分析与路径选择——以台州市黄岩区为个案

An Analysis of Rural Public Products Supply and Reflections on Its Reform Route——A Case Study of Huangyan District,Taizhou City

增加农村公共产品的供给是统筹城乡发展、建设社会主义新农村的必然要求,也是构建社会主义和谐社会的必然选择。近年来,黄岩区不断加大了农村公共产品供给,但还是存在着农村公共产品总体供给不足、供给结构不合理、供给质量不高等问题,制约着农村经济社会的健康发展。主要原因在于相关体制、机制的滞后。解决农村公共产品供给难的关键在于体制和制度的改革、完善与创新。

The increase of the rural public products supply is by far the basic requirement of coordinating the urban and rural development, promoting the construction of the new socialist countryside, and thus to faciliate the building of a harmonious socialist society. In the recent years, with the great efforts made by the Taizhou municipal government, the situation of scant rural public goods supply has been eased. However, in reality, problems such as the insufficient supply, unreasonable supply structure, and the low - quality of supplies still exist, which largely constraint the healthy development of the local economy. The root cause may be chased as the lag - behind of the relevant system and institutions. This paper puts forward that the key to solve the problem lies in the reform, optimization and innovation of the related system and institutions.
