摘要
分析了立达清梳联与国产纺纱设备配套生产线的成纱质量只能达到乌斯特 89公报值90 %水平的原因是 C4型梳棉机生产的棉条中短绒率偏高和配套国产并条机工艺配置不当。经过减少头道并合数、适当加大头道并条机后区牵伸倍数和加大头末道并条罗拉隔距后 ,成纱质量有所改善 ,可以达到乌斯特 89公报 50 %水平。
Because of the high short fibre content in cotton sliver on C4card and the unsuitable processing on domestic drawing frame,the yarn quality can only reach to90 % level of Uster Statistics1 989 on production line completed with Rieter blowing-carding unitand domestic spinning equipment, this yarn quality can reach to 5 0 % level of Uster Statistics 1 989on the basis of reducing the dou- bling number of firstdrawing frame,raising the back drafting ratio on firstdrawing frame and in- creasing the roller gauge on first and back drawing frames.
