Social capital and ecological environment preservation in rural communities

社会资本是农村生态环境保护的基石,它可以打破生态环境保护中的"囚徒困境",促使人们遵守生态环境保护的相关规则,解决人们在生态环境保护中的利益冲突,以及抵御外来污染转嫁。当前,由于城市化进程的加快以及市场、政府力量等向社区的渗透,我国农村社区中社会资本正面临流失的危险,这是农村生态环境恶化的重要原因。社会资本流失只是一种暂时现象,它可以在现代农村社区中得以重构与再生,这种重构与再生,沿袭的是一种价值理性与工具理性相结合的路径。

Social capital is the base for preservation of ecological environment in rural communities and can break Prisoner＇ s Dilemma in eclolgical environment protection to make the people follow the related regulations of ecological environment protection and can solve the interests disputes of the people in ecological environment protection and can resist the shift of foreign pollution. Currently, because of the acceleration of urbanization and capacity of market and government penetrating into the communities, social capital in rural communities in China is facing the risk of loss, which is an important reason for ecological environment deterioration. However, the loss of social capital is a temporary phenomenon, and social capital can be reconstructed and restructured in rural communities, and this reconstruction and restructure follow the path in combination of tool logos with value logos.
