摘要
对316名证券业职工和管理人员工作价值观人口学特征的问卷调查显示:员工工作价值观与性别、年龄、职位和受教育程度均呈显著相关关系,并且员工工作价值观水平随年龄、职位和受教育程度的提高而提高。这一结论表明:管理应该依据员工新时期工作价值观及其个体差异调整以往管理理念与方法。
After making a questionnaire on demography feature of working value outlook of 316 employees and managers in securities industry, this paper indicates that their working value outlook is significantly related to gender, age, position and education and that working value outlook level is rising with the rise of age, position and education. This conclusion reveals that management methods and ideas should be adjusted according to working value outlook and individual difference of the employees at new era.
