论校院二级研究生德育工作的实践途径

针对当前研究生德育工作管理的模式进行了分析,针对我校研究生德育的现状,提出校院二级研究生德育工作的实现途径:构建研究生德育工作队伍的全员化体系;充分发挥导师的育人作用;进一步发挥研究生党支部的德育先锋作用;重视发挥研究生学生会和社团组织的"三自"作用。

Considering the actual situation of the postgraduates＇ moral education and conducting a research on the current managing model of postgraduates＇ moral education, the writers put forward some solutions available for both the university and college： Construct a full work-force system of the moral education, give instructors a full play on the role of educating people, strengthen the vanguard role of the Party Branch in the moral education, give more opportunities and independences to the Postgraduate Students＇ Union and other community groups.
