Y2O2S:Eu^3+红色荧光粉的SnO2:Sb包覆研究

摘要 采用硫融法合成了Y2O2S:Eu^3+红色荧光粉。用溶胶-凝胶法在其表面包覆了一层SnO2:Sb透明导电薄膜。通过x射线衍射(XRD)、透射电镜(TEM)、荧光光谱(PL)和电阻测量等检测手段分别分析了包覆处理对Y2O2S:Eu^3+的晶体结构、表面形貌、荧光性质以及荧光粉导电性的影响。结果表明:通过该方法成功地在Y2O2S:Eu^3+表面包覆了一层连续的SnO2:Sb薄膜;当包覆量nSoO2/nY2O2S=6%时,所得到的荧光粉同时具有较高的荧光强度和导电性;当掺杂量DSb/nSn=10%,退火温度为500℃(氧气流中退火1h)时,可以得到导电性较好的荧光粉。 The red phosphor Y2O2S:Eu^3+ was prepared by the flux fusion method. A layer of SnO2:Sb film was coated on the surface of the phosphor by the sol-gel method,The analysis of X-Ray Diffraction (XRD), Transmission Electron Microscope(TEM), Photoluminescence spectrum(PL) and the measurement of the phosphor's resistivty were conducted for investigating the changes of crystal structure, surface morphology, photoluminescence properties and the resistivty between coated and uncoated phosphors respectively, The results indicate that a layer of SnO2:Sb film is coated on the surface of the Y2O2S:Eu^3+ phosphor successfully. The compatible eapability of PL and conductivity are obtained when the value of nSnO2/nY2O2S is 6%.At the same time, the influences of nSb/nSn, and temperature on the resistivity of the phosphors were studied.
