摘要 依据Miedema理论设计合金均值混合成分,采用磁控溅射法制备合金。SEM和HRTEM结果表明合金是由5纳米左右的颗粒组成,并且颗粒分布均匀。正混合焓合金出现非晶可能是因为界面处的应力变形造成的。 Miedema theory was used to design homogeneous mixed alloy ingredient, and magnetron sputtering was used to prepare the alloy. SEM and HRTEM suggests that the alloy was consisted of nano particles with its size around 5nm, and the particles are well distributed. And the main reason for the emergency of noncrystal in alloy with positive enthalpy can be concluded from the work, which is the stress distortion in the interface session.
