摘要
研制了新型水力脉冲振动注水泥装置,该装置安装在套管底部,在注水泥过程中产生水力冲击作用于套管、水泥浆和钻井液,通过消除气泡、清除泥饼、提高顶替效率和水泥石强度来提高水泥胶结质量。试验测量了水力脉冲装置的脉冲特性。结果表明,当喷嘴压降产生的上推力超过弹簧预紧力时,脉冲装置可以形成幅度为0.5~1.5MPa、频率为22—25Hz的压力脉冲,压力脉冲波形规则。调整喷嘴直径,可以控制压降;调整弹簧预紧力,可以控制脉冲压力幅度。该水力脉冲振动注水泥装置活动部件少,安全可靠,便于现场应用。
A new type of hydraulic pulse vibration generator installed at bottom of casing strings was developed. During cementing operation, the device could generate hydraulic pulse acting on casing strings, drilling fluid and cement slurry to eliminate gas bubble and mud cake, improve displacement efficiency and cement stone bond strength between casing and formation. An experiment was conducted to measure pulse characteristics of the generator. The results show that the device could generate regular pressure pulse with amplitude of 0. 5 - 1.5 MPa and frequency of 22 - 25 Hz when the up-thrust force generated by nozzles pressure drop over spring presetting force. The nozzles pressure drop and pressure pulse range could be regulated by adjusting nozzle diameter and spring presetting force, respectively. The few moving parts in the generator could improve safety in cementing operation for convenient application in oilfield.
