Morgellons disease

毛遮纶丝病是一种全新的奇怪的皮肤病。其主要症状是患者身上会长出毛发状的纤维状物质，感觉纤维会在皮肤下蠕动。目前该病的病因还不清楚，存在各种假设。迄今为止，还没有专门针对毛遮纶丝病的临床研究。该文主要综述了该病的起源、主要症状及存在的争议，希望引起更多国内外专家学者的关注。

Morgellons disease is a new and strange dermatosis. The main symptoms of Morgellons disease are fiber-like filaments that appear on the skin and sensations of insect-like crawling under the skin （formication）. Etiology of Morgellons disease is unknown at present. There are various hypothesis of this disease currently. Up to now, there is no clinical study about Morgellons disease. In this article, the origin of Morgellons disease, main symptoms and controversy of the disease are discussed, to raise more concern on this disease from experts at home and abroad.
