蛋白质组学技术及其在弓形虫研究中的应用

Progress on proteomics technology and its application in research on Toxoplasma gondii

摘要 蛋白质组学是独立于基因组学而发展起来的一门新兴前沿学科,是在特定的时间和空间研究一个完整生物体(或细胞)所表达的全体蛋白质的特征,从而在蛋白质水平上全面认识有关生物体生理、病理等过程。该文综述了蛋白质组学研究的双向电泳、生物质谱、生物信息学等技术及其在弓形虫研究中的应用。 Proteomics is a new emerging frontier of science independent of genomics that research the characteristics of all protein expressions of an intact organism ( or cells) , thus to obtain a comprehensive knowledge of physiological and pathologic process at protein level. In this paper, the key technology of proteomics research including two-dimensional electrophoresis, bio-mass spectrometry and bioinformatics as well as its application in research on Toxoplasma gondii were reviewed.
