亚洲带绦虫分子分类的研究进展

摘要 分子水平的分类为亚洲带绦虫种株的鉴定提供了一种强有力的手段。分子生物学技术具有操作简便、特异性和准确性高等优点,弥补了形态学分类上的不足,且可进一步发现亚洲带绦虫和传统牛带绦虫在分子水平上的差异。该文介绍了PCR-限制性片段多态性分析、随机扩增多态性DNA分析、DNA序列分析等技术运用于亚洲带绦虫分子分类的研究进展。 Molecular classification provides a powerful tool for identification of species or strains of Asian taenia. Molecular biology methods make up the insufficiency of the morphological classification with the advantages of convenience, high specificity and accuracy. With molecular biology methods, the difference between Asian taenia and Taenia saginata at molecular level has been found. This review introduces the application of several molecular biology methods, such as PCR-restriction fragment length polymorphism, randomly amplified polymorphic DNA, DNA sequence analysis etc. , in the molecular classification of Asian taenia.
