改善消毒供应室工作人员职业感染防护行为的综合干预

Comprehensive Intervention of Preventive Behaviors against Occupational Infections among the Workers in the Disinfection and Supply Room

目的提高消毒供应室工作人员职业感染防护意识和执行防护行为。方法通过举办培训班、现场督导、签订责任告知书、制定职业感染防护流程图等方法,对供应室6名工作人员进行综合干预。13个月后,采用自设调查问卷和现场抽查进行效果评价。结果6名人员职业感染防护知识评分从平均47分上升到98分,按要求穿戴防护用品例次由50%上升到83%(P<0.01),差异有统计学意义。结论教育、督导、责任告知、优化防护流程等多项措施相结合,能有效提高消毒供应室工作人员的职业感染防护意识和防护行为。

Objective To enhance the infection-preventing awareness and preventive behaviors of the workers in disinfection and supply room against occupational infections.Methods Comprehensive intervention was performed over 6 workers in the disinfection and supply room by way of providing training courses,conducting on-the-spot instructions,signing responsibility notification,regula-ting flow-sheet for occupational infection prevention.After 13 months,a self-designed questionnaire was used for evaluating the effectiveness.Results The scores in knowing the occupational infection knowledge went up from 47 to 98.The rate of wearing preventive articles in accordance to the requirements was raised from 50% to 83%,with significant differences（P〈0.01）.Conclusion The combined use of educating,instructing,notifying responsibility,optimizing prevention flow-sheet may be effective in raising the infection-preventing awareness and preventive behaviors of the workers in the disinfection and supply room against occupational infections.
