前哨淋巴结活检在保乳手术中的价值探讨（附34例报告）

To explore the applied value of sentinel lymph node biopsy（SLNB） in the breast conservation surgery.

目的探讨前哨淋巴结活检术在保乳手术中的应用价值。方法1999年7月至2007年4月对经前哨淋巴结活检术指导保乳手术34例综合治疗临床分析。结果前哨淋巴结活检术在指导保乳手术等综合治疗过程中具有重要地位。结论采用前哨淋巴结活检术行保乳手术，综合治疗，效果满意，值得在基层医疗单位推广应用。

Objective To explore the applied value of sentinel lymph node biopsy（SLNB） in the breast conservation surgery. Methods A total of 34 cases from July 1999 to April 2007 were enrolled in the clinical study by sentinel lymph node biopsy on their nitegrated treatment of the breast conservation surgery. Results The sentinel lymph node biopsy plays a important role in the breast conservation surgery. Conclusion The application of sentinel lymph node biopsy was beneficial for breast conservation surgery. It deserves further extensive application in clinical departments.
