摘要
急性脑缺血后,局部脑组织发生一系列与血流动力学改变密切相关的病理生理学改变。CT灌注成像技术是近几年发展起来的新型功能成像技术,不仅能在急性期对缺血病灶进行定位,而且能定量评价脑梗死早期脑血流动力学改变,并能区分梗死核心区与缺血半暗带,从而指导临床治疗和预后判断。
A series of pathophysiological changes closely associated with the changes of hemodynamics take place in regional brain tissue after acute cerebral ischemia. The CT perfusion imaging is a novel technique of functional imaging developed in recent years. It can not only locate ischemic foci during the acute stage, but also quantitatively assess the changes of hemodynamics in pre-infarction period, and differentiate cerebral infarction core from ischemic penumbra. Thereby, it can guide the clinical treatment and prognostic prediction.
