摘要
溶血磷脂酸(LPA)是一类结构最简单的天然磷脂,为正常细胞膜成分和脂质代谢中间体。最近的研究表明,LPA是一种重要的细胞内外信号分子,与特异性受体结合后发挥作用,与神经发生、髓鞘形成、血管发生、创伤愈合、肿瘤演进等重要生物学过程有关。文章就LPA及其受体与脑血管病关系的研究进展做了综述。
Lysophosphatidic acid (LPA) is a natural phospholipids with the simplest structures, and they are the elements of normal cellular membrane and intermediate of lipid metabolism. Recent studies have indicated that LPA is important intracellular and extracellular signal molecules, and it plays its role when binded with specific receptors. It is associated with the important biological processes, such as neurogenesis, myelination, angiogenesis, wound healing, and tumor progression.This article reviews the progress in research on the relationship between LPA and its receptors and cerebrovascular diseases.
