Renin-Angiotensin-Aldosterone System and Essential Hypertension and Cerebrovascular Diseases: Advances in Genes

摘要 脑血管病是由遗传因素和环境因素共同作用的结果,高血压是公认的脑血管病独立危险因素。文章从分子遗传学角度就肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统的一些基因与原发性高血压和脑血管病的关系进行了综述。 Cerebrovascular disease is the result of the interaction between hereditary factor and environmental factor. Hypertension is a generally accepted independent risk factor of cerebrovascular diseases. This article reviews the relationship between some genes and essential hypertension and cerebrovascular diseases of rein-angiotensin-aldosterone system from the point view of molecular genetics.
