摘要
谵妄表现为注意力和认知功能急剧下降，是一种危及生命但可预防的常见临床综合征。高龄、痴呆、认知功能障碍或精神疾病、严重的躯体疾病、医源性因素等都与谵妄的发生有关。早期识别是治疗谵妄的关键，治疗措施包括非药物性干预和药物治疗，药物治疗能在短期内改善症状。
Delirium, an acute decline in attention and cognition, is a common, life-threatening, and potentially preventable clinical syndrome. Advanced age, dementia, cognitive impairment or mental disorders, serious somatic diseases, and iatrogenic factors are all associated with delirium. Early identification is the key for the treatment pharmaceutical intervention and pharmaceutical of delirium, lts preventive measures include non- treatment. The latter may improve the symptom in short term.
