Rationalism or Empiricism:Hayek and the Spontaneous Order

文章以哈耶克思想体系的核心概念,即自生自发秩序为核心论题,阐发了自生自发秩序的认识论前提,并着力探讨了哈耶克以唯理主义为批判对象的对自生自发秩序的型塑。但从批判层面进入到建构层面时,其理论内部具有一定程度的紧张与矛盾。哈耶克对极权主义与唯理主义的批判并对新自由主义发展的独特贡献值得肯定,但是对其理论的实质部分对当代中国的现实意义颇感怀疑。

This paper critizes the theory of constructivist rationalism from Hayek＇s core conception of spontaneous order and construction. However, from the step of critizing to constructing, there are conflicts and intensity to some degree inside the theory. Hayek＇s criticism of constructivist rationalism and totalitarianism, and his special contributions to neo-liberalism is affirmative. But it is doufful that his core theory is significant to modem Chinese society.
