台湾新竹科学工业园已发展成为当今世界科学园的一个成功典范,总结其成功经验,对创建和发展我国大陆高新产业园具有一定的借鉴意义。介绍园区按照主流产业活动的差异与区域创新能力的强弱而划分的发展历程;分析园区在促进技术创新方面的主要措施。结合重庆高新区发展现状,论述提高重庆高新技术产业开发区创新能力的启示与建议。

Taiwan Hsinchu science park is one of the most well-known successful science parks in the world. Therefore, recalling the development history and finding out its experience will provide us with illumination and reference. The development phase is introduced according to its dominant industry and regional creativity. The main countermeasures of technological innovation are analyzed. Then some revehtions of enhancing the Chongqing science park＇s creativity combined with the actuality of the science park are provided.
