对大众化背景下我国精英教育的思考——当代美国精英教育的启示

Thinking About China's Elite Education of Popularization Background Contemporary American Elite Education Inspiration

当前我国高等教育必然向精英教育和大众化教育两个方向发展。然而,我国对精英教育的认识还存在高分就是精英、拥有高学历就是精英、名牌大学培养的都是精英等误区。借鉴美国精英教育成功的经验,提出我国精英教育应从改革传统教育模式、转变人才价值取向、培养学生的社会责任感和探寻培养创造发明人才的模式等方面入手。

China＇s higher education is bound to elite education and the development of popular education in both directions. However, high elite level of education is the elite of the elite universities. Learning from the successful experience of elite education in the U. S. , it is proposed to reform China＇s elite education from the traditional education model, change talents value orientation and train the students to explore the social responsibility and innovation personnel training mode aspects.
