摘要
运用现代市场营销理论,论述大学专业人才就业目标市场选择的必要性及市场细分的作用。只有正确选择专业人才就业目标市场,高校毕业生就业问题才能得到很好解决。以本校交通运输专业汽车运用与服务工程方向为例,阐述就业市场细分的方法及专业人才就业目标市场的选择。
By using the theory of modern marketing, the necessity of professional of university employment aim market choosing and the effect of market detailing is discussed. It is also proposed that only if professional personnel employment aim market is correctly choosing would the problems of university graduates be solved very well. The way of using and serving engineering of our school's transportation major is taken to explain it.
