摘要 首先分析了轮胎生产过程以及轮胎企业制造执行系统的特点,并结合制造执行系统的定义,提出了本系统的架构原理,接着从硬件和软件2个方面进一步阐述了系统的基本架构及实现系统需要考虑和解决的关键问题。最后从数据采集、质量管理、设备管理和生产调度4个主要模块详细地描述了系统实现的主要功能,并通过此系统实现了轮胎企业信息的综合化,提高了企业的竞争力。 Based on the characteristics of tire's production process and definition of IVIES, it presents the basic framework of IVIES on software and hardware, describes the primary functions such as data collection, quality managing, equipment managing and produce dispatching. The application shows the system can realize the tire production information management, enhance the enterprise competition.
