校本培训:边远农牧区教师培训的治本之策--以甘南藏族农牧区的研究为例 被引量:3

School-based Training: Radical Measures for Teacher's Training in Remote Agricultural and Pastoral Areas——Taking the Investigation of Gannan Tibetan Agro-Pastoral Region as an Example

摘要 培训经费短缺、工学矛盾突出、培训流于形式、学用脱节、语言沟通障碍等五个方面的问题制约着边远农牧区的教师培训工作。校本培训有助于从根本上解决上述问题。它降低了培训成本,可望满足全员培训的需求;它是在工作中的学习,能提高教师培训的积极性;它从学校和教师的工作实际出发,培训易于落实;它将学习与实践完美结合,解决了培训的"价值异位";它是源自"本土"的培训,能有效地解决培训中因"沟通障碍"造成的"视界错位"。 Teacher's training program in remote agro-pastoral region is restrained by problems such as shortage of training expenditure, sharp contradictions between teaching job and further study, inefficient training program, disintegration between theory and practice, and obstacles in language communication. As a radical measure, school-based training can help solve these problems in the following ways: first, it reduces the cost of training and can meet the need of training all the teachers; secondly, it can stimulate teachers' enthusiasm in training, because they can learn while teaching; thirdly, it can be carried out smoothly because it is based on the actual work of school and teachers; fourthly, it closely combines study and practice and avoids the problem of "value dislocation": and finally, it originates from local training and can ,effectively solve the problem of "perspective dislocation" caused by "communication obstacles" in training.
