摘要
基于广播方式的手机电视业务可以提供更丰富的频道资源。对业务进行安全有效的管理,实现业务可运营、可管理,是重要的研究课题。将移动通信网络与广播网络相结合,充分利用两种网络的优势,可以有效地实现广播式手机电视的业务管理。本文对中国移动通信研究院设计的广播式手机电视业务管理系统(MBBMS)进行详细描述和分析。
More rich channels can be provided to users in mobile broadcast service. It is an important research subject that how to manage the service effectively and securely and make it possible to operate the service. It is a good way to manage the service effectively by convergence of mobile telecommunication network and broadcast network, and making use of advantages of both kinds of network. This article gives the detail description and analysis of MBBMS designed by China Mobile Research Institute.
