疏血通注射液治疗急性脑梗死的疗效观察

Observation on the therapeutic efficacy of Shuxuetong Injection for acute cerebral infarction

目的:观察疏血通注射液治疗急性脑梗死的疗效。方法:90例急性脑梗死患者随机分为两组,均常规控制血压、颅压,对症支持治疗;对照组44例应用复方丹参注射液16 mL加入5%葡萄糖注射液或生理盐水250 mL中静滴,每日1次。连用2 wk;治疗组46例给予疏血通注射液8 mL加入5%葡萄糖注射液或生理盐水250 mL中缓慢静脉输注,每日1次,连用2 wk。结果:治疗组总有效率及神经功能缺损评分改善情况均较对照组有显著差别(P<0.05),治疗过程中无不良反应发生。结论:疏血通注射液治疗急性脑梗死临床疗效确切、安全。

Aim ：To observe the therapeutic efficacy of Shuxuetong Injection for acute cerebral infarction. Methods： Ninety patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups. All the patients received symptomatic and supportive therapies. Thcir blood pressure and intracranial pressure were controlled. The patients in control group （ n = 44） were given Danshentong Injection in 5 % glucose solution or 250 mL normal saline （NS） （igtt） , once a day for two weeks. The patients in the treatment group （n = 46） were given Shuxuetong Injection 8 mL in 5 % glucose solution or NS 250 mL via intravenous infusion, once a day, for two weeks. Results： The overall response rate and improvement of neurological deficits had significant difference between treatment group and control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. No adverse reaction was observed during the therapeutic process. Conclusion： The clinical effects of Shuxuetong Injection on acute cerebral infarction is definite and safe.
